HySelect Project partners GRILLO-Werke AG (Grillo) and German Aerospace Center (DLR) visited Aalto University (AALTO), the research group of Assist. Prof. Santasalo-Aarnio, from 11th to 15th of December 2023.

During this research stay, invited partners were able to see a Sulphur Dioxide Depolarized Electrolysis (SDE) setup in operation and to learn important analytical methods and characterization techniques.

They were also able to gain hands-on experience and discuss troubleshooting options through valuable discussions with Assist. Prof. Santasalo-Aarnio and Prof. Gasik and their research group who have been working with this technology for over 10 years.
