This HySelect project privacy notice informs the data subjects in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) Art 13 (“Information provided to the data subjects to be provided where personal data are collected from the data subject”) in regard to dissemination through media in the HySelect project.
This document expresses the common understanding of the data use by the project partners and constitutes the transparent arrangement that shall determine their respective responsibilities for compliance with the obligations under GDPR, in particular as regards the exercising of the rights of the data subject.
