An article on the concept and objectives of the HySelect project was published in the Clean Hydrogen Production Pathways Report in June 2024. This report was prepared and documented by the Hydrogen Europe Secretariat.
In Chapter 6 “Other hydrogen production pathways: solar thermochemical hydrogen production”, an article entitled “Sulphur cycles have the potential to significantly reduce the amount of electrical power required compared to water electrolysis” describes the innovative approach of the HySelect project and refers to the process flow diagram of the hybrid sulphur cycle technology for experimental demonstration at the Jülich and Duisburg sites.
